STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER ADIDAS GOLF

PURPOSE AND OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION

Lead the way for adidas Golf by managing sales, merchandising, and marketing objectives with our most important partners—including Worldwide Golf, Nordstrom, Scheels Sporting Goods, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Influencer, and Military accounts. Represent the adidas Golf brand with excellence, building strong partnerships and elevating our presence as the leading golf brand in the United States.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

DRIVE SALES AND ACCOUNT GROWTH
Analyze, track, and evaluate booking performance to implement strategic plans that achieve revenue and activation targets.

LEAD FINANCIAL AND PRODUCT FORECASTING
Oversee all financial and product forecast functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in monthly processes.

EXECUTE OMNI CHANNEL MARKETING AND MERCHANDISING
Deliver best in class brand representation and consumer experience across all channels.

MAXIMIZE MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES
Leverage PDP content, imagery, reviews, and promotional budgets to drive growth and visibility.

BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Negotiate sales programs and policies, manage account marketing budgets, and establish key event calendars with partners.

  • Strong understanding of retail sales reporting and key performance indicators

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum five years of field sales experience, preferably with a national key account in golf or sporting goods
  • Sales experience in apparel or footwear industry preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 40 percent
  • Ability to lift and carry samples or products up to 50 lbs

  • The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $93,000-$125,000. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, and proficiency for the role. 
  • This is a fully remote position based in driving distance to Carlsbad, CA for regular internal meetings.
