Manager Visual Merchandising
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Define, implement, manage and train all VM aspects for excellent execution to improve our brand presence. Contribute to meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets of x-channel POS by ensuring efficient implementation of Global VM direction in Market, brands, and store concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate Adaptation and consolidation of Global VM guidelines and give direction to country needs and ranges with prior agreement from Market VM Senior Director to ensure consistency across Market and Brand
· Provide local VM applicable tools and tactical solutions, as well as items for VM display and communication tools to support execution of VM
· Lead Market VM trainings to update on latest guidelines and ensure consistency across Market
· Influence Marketing Sales Packs in collaboration with BU CtCs to ensure viability of their execution
· Provide feedback on store layout and bubble plans to store development for a better shopping experience
· Generate Newsletters to keep the countries updated with latest news
· Support all new point of sale openings and remodelings to ensure flawless execution
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
· Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained
· Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
· Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· 5 years experience
