Digital & Reporting Sales Operations Analyst
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
The role is responsible for actively managing Digital Wholesale Solutions (CLICK, ASSIST) to ensure full season readiness for pre and re order, driving day to day execution by resolving customer and platform related issues, enabling strong Go To Market delivery through data management and analysis, and coordinating the Wholesale operating rhythm through structured planning aligned with internal business milestones and events.
Key Responsibilities
Functional
- Management and development of assigned CLICK Field/ Specialist accounts through the B2B platform CLICK to achieve the defined net sales target and to improve the customer experience with our brands.
- Closely monitor the pre-order intake and orderbook development of the assigned accounts and ensure customers place orders according to our sales timelines.
- Create and send out regular newsletters to CLICK customers to promote e.g. new features, new releases, sales timelines, new season start dates, products and activate customers digitally to increase platform usage and drive net sales.
- Onboard customers to CLICK and provide training to customers on the usage of the platform.
- Ensure local reporting on defined sales and analytics KPIs by developing and maintaining the Power BI dashboards and underlying data structure, while coordinating and periodically reviewing stakeholder access.
- Provide seamless customer experience on the CLICK platform by proactively addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting customers with any platform-related needs.

Requisite Education, Experience & Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Intelligence or Marketing.
- 2–4 years of experience in commercial roles, ideally within digital sales, wholesale, or B2B environments.
- Strong customer focus and proven ability to support and enable digital tools for business partners.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Salesforce, and newsletter/activation tools.
- Interest in exploring and applying AI-driven solutions.
- Strong affinity for digital platforms, data processes, and e‑commerce/e-wholesale workflows.
- Solid organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to train, support and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the Sell-In process.
- Advanced English proficiency.
