Are you a passionate retail leader who thrives on developing people, delivering outstanding customer experience, and driving business results?

We are looking for a District Manager to monitor Store Performance in quantitative and qualitative aspects to reach company targets and to be active in support to Store Managers in operational and administrative tasks for assigned district and stores.

As a key member of the retail leadership team, you will lead a portfolio of stores within our Direct-to-Consumer business unit. In this role, you will inspire and develop Store Managers, elevate operational excellence, and drive sustainable sales growth across your district. You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution—ensuring every store delivers a premium consumer experience while achieving ambitious commercial objectives.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Drive Business Performance

  • Own and deliver sales, profitability, and operational targets across your district.
  • Partner with Store Managers to maximize productivity, conversion, and overall store performance.
  • Monitor business KPIs and identify opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Support forecasting, commercial planning, and execution of key retail initiatives.

Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams

  • Inspire, coach, and develop Store Managers to unlock their full potential.
  • Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Talent and Training teams to identify development opportunities and succession plans.
  • Support workforce planning and talent acquisition needs across the district.

Deliver Operational Excellence

  • Ensure stores consistently execute operational standards and brand guidelines.
  • Drive inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, and loss prevention initiatives.
  • Monitor stock management, cycle counts, and store compliance processes.
  • Ensure operational procedures are effectively implemented and sustained.

Champion the Consumer Experience

  • Foster a consumer-first mindset across all stores.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation, and service standards are executed at the highest level.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Build Strong Cross-Functional Partnerships

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Merchandising, Training, HR, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
  • Act as the critical link between corporate strategy and store execution.
  • Share market insights and best practices to continuously improve retail performance.

 

 

Requisite Education, Experience and Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience within retail, multi-unit, district, or area management environments.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational excellence, and business performance across multiple locations.
  • Strategic business vision combined with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Exceptional people leadership and experience developing Store Managers and large retail teams, with a strong focus on coaching, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Hands-on leader who enjoys spending time in stores and working closely with frontline teams.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience managing store execution, inventory accuracy, compliance, loss prevention, and customer experience standards.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with peers, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership to drive strategic priorities and business results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Project Management experience, including strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and lead business transformation projects.
  • Intermediate conversational English.
