Finance Business Partner
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
As Manager, FP&A Business Partner, you will act as a strategic finance partner to assigned business units, supporting their financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment of planning and reporting methodologies with global standards.
This role goes beyond reporting: you will actively influence business decisions, identify cost and efficiency opportunities, and support sustainable and profitable growth by providing high‑quality financial insights and trade‑off scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Business Unit Financial Partnership
- Act as the primary FP&A partner for assigned business units, working closely with senior leaders and first line management.
- Support business strategy design by providing financial expertise, scenario analysis, and trade‑off recommendations.
- Influence business decisions through fact‑based insights and a strong understanding of operational and commercial drivers.
Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes, ensuring clear assumptions, robust methodology, and strong forecast accuracy for your assigned business units.
- Drive consistency and alignment of local planning processes with globally defined FP&A frameworks.
Business Performance & Insights
- Prepare and lead monthly business reviews for your scope, providing deep analysis of performance versus plan.
- Develop a strong understanding of actual results, trends, and KPIs to deliver transparency and actionable insights.
- Support the Commercial Controller, FP&A Country Lead, and Business Directors with relevant performance analysis.
P&L Ownership & Value Creation
- Actively influence business unit P&L performance through analysis of revenue drivers, cost structures, investment strategies, and expense / capex control.
- Serve as a key enabler of profitability by identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement levers.
Continuous Improvement & Value Creation
- Proactively identify opportunities across processes, resource allocation, and behaviors to improve efficiency and financial outcomes.
- Act as an influencer within the organization to drive disciplined financial thinking and sustainable growth.

Requisite Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, Business Partnering, Controlling, or related finance roles, working closely with senior management.
- Prior experience in Retail, Apparel, Footwear, or Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries, with exposure to dynamic, consumer‑driven business models.
- Proven experience acting as a Finance / FP&A Business Partner to commercial or functional business units.
- Strong combined theoretical and practical knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Economics.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management.
- Ability to connect financial results with business drivers and strategic objectives.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise financial messages.
- Proven ability to influence Directors and senior leaders with fact‑based insights.
- Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
