We are looking for an HR Director for Chile to lead our people agenda and be a true strategic partner to the business.
In this role, you will work closely with General Manager and leadership team to drive organizational performance through strong leadership, talent, culture, and people decisions — while staying true to our culture and values.
This is a senior leadership role with real impact on business performance, talent, and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organization, talent, and leadership decisions
- Drive initiatives that strengthen leadership quality, team effectiveness, and performance
- Lead the market talent agenda, including succession, leadership development, and performance
- Balance strategic HR leadership with strong operational excellence
- Ensure people practices are impactful and aligned with regional and global frameworks
- Represent adidas Chile externally, strengthening our employer brand and market presence
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- A strategic HR leader with strong business acumen
- Comfortable influencing and challenging senior leaders with clarity and confidence
- Able to simplify complexity and turn strategy into action
- Experienced in leading change and transformation
- Well connected to the Chilean talent and HR ecosystem
- Fluent in Spanish and English
