Human Resources Business Partner – Supply Chain Managent and Distribution Center
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Act as “Strategic Business Partner” and “Coach” for the SCM team, in all relevant HR Management issues developing, implementing and executing the best HR strategies and services to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best people. Serve as area extension of Human Resources for SCM and Fulfillment center to ensure consistent application of all Group HR Standards and Principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of communication with management and actively support business initiatives and business needs to contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing of their teams and for the business to achieve its objectives.
- Ensure that all aspects of staffing and, where necessary union relations, compensation & benefits for employees of the designated areas are delivered timely to ensure the compliance of labor legislation and corporate guidelines.
- Deploy initiatives of COE (TA, TM and Rewards) to guarantee the compliance of the corporate guidelines, efficient implementation of processes and people development.
- Participate in the execution of personnel planning, annual salary rounds and promotions/salary adjustments for defined areas in accordance with GSMS-process and in close cooperation with country Rewards to guarantee consistent salary management process.
- Promote and manage a high employee engagement at every level in the designated areas through effective motivation, cultural moments, coaching, training and development actions to attract and retain the best talents.
- Address employee relations issues as both a management coach and employee advocate. Apply effective mediation and problem-resolution with a solid understanding of company policy and practice. Manages especially high-level or sensitive employee relations matters, such as terminations and investigations.
- Leads multi-disciplinary projects that utilize various parts of the HR organization including Global HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent to achieve the project’s objectives.
- Execute on boarding and off boarding processes according to the guidelines of the company, in the designated areas, to ensure comply with the internal processes and local legal requirements.
- Maintain updated SAP module ensuring accuracy and quality data of organizational structures. Reporting and follow up of HR KPIs.
- Participate in recruitment process to designated areas for open positions to assure the quality of the process.
- Identifies potential areas for improvement in workflow processes. Develops solutions and creates and refines tools.
Other duties as assigned by HR leadership.

Requisite Education, Experience & Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles such as HRBP, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Culture, or similar.
- Strong understanding of both theory and practical HR application, including workforce planning, performance, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Experience supporting large operational or supply‑chain‑related populations (preferred).
- Strong relationship‑building, communication, and influencing skills across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and provide objective, constructive feedback—even in complex or sensitive scenarios.
- Strong conflict‑resolution and investigative capabilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong numerical/analytical skills for workforce planning and budgeting.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to work daily in an English‑speaking environment.
