KAM Digital Accounts
Purpose
The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for the commercial management of our brands' digital business within our partner Falabella's eCommerce platforms.
Their responsibilities will include working closely with the Senior Account Manager and Account Managers to develop the digital plan, from pre-sales to in-season sales, ensuring sell-in and sell-out targets are met.
The Digital Account Manager will have a high level of visibility, both locally and regionally, and with our partners. We are looking for an autonomous, energetic, and creative individual with adaptability and a high level of confidence to make improvements and take the brand to the next digital level.
Key Responsabilities:
- Account Management:
o Commercial management of the brand in the digital channel: Sell in, sell out, months of stock, and guarantee sales (sell in) within its accounts.
o Propose initiatives to meet targets.
o Actively participate in pre-sales of the brand's new seasons with the client's digital departments.
o Act as the visible counterpart for the client in all matters related to the digital business.
- Digital Management:
o Management and optimization of the client's commercial campaign activation budget, maximizing sell-out and ROAS.
o Optimizing organic search and understanding our partners' search algorithms.
o Development of initiatives and implementation of regional tools to improve the shopping experience and conversion.
o Working closely with our partners to ensure the delivery of digital data to ensure proper tracking of the most relevant digital KPIs.Requisitos
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
• University studies in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in related positions.
• Experience in sales.
• Experience with and a strong affinity and interest in the digital world and eCommerce.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Good command of Excel and Microsoft suite.
• Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
