Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization 
The Sr. Specialist Digital Account Manager will be responsible for the commercial and digital management of our brands within the eCommerce platforms of our Key Account. 
Their responsibilities include working with different teams to build seasonal brand commercial plans, developing and implementing the marketing plan for digital accounts, ensuring access to KPIs for regular operations, and continuously analyzing sales and inventory to take immediate actions and identify future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving adidas digital sales on our partner eCommerce platforms.
  • Analyze and stay informed about category trends and the defined digital assortment of key accounts. Identify opportunities to help accelerate net sales and grow market share for our brands.
  • Ensure, together with Marketing, consistent and premium adidas content across partner eCommerce platforms, and continuously monitor the assortment on-site to assess availability and visibility.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to generate relevant digital marketing content, on-site and across all online platforms.
  • Perform constant measurement of key eCommerce KPIs and quantify the impact of actions and initiatives carried out.
  • Demonstrate experience in key internal and external environments (e.g., Sell-ins, key account meetings, General Manager/Sales Director meetings, Sales and Marketing meetings, etc.)
  • Optimize investments by maximizing sell-out and ROAS.
  • Work closely with partners to ensure the delivery of digital data that enables proper tracking of the most relevant digital KPIs.
  • Support other initiatives within the Digital Partner Commerce area.

  • Key Account Managers, Customer Service  and the entire Wholesale team.
  • Marketing teams as Account and Digital Marketing.
  • Supply Chain teams as Order Fulfillment.

 

Requisite Education, Experience & Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management in retail consumer goods.
  • Preivous experience in eCommerce or digital business preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs (CTR, PDP views, ATC, CVR, ROAS) and ability to turn data into actions.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Planning and external partners.Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with Google and Adobe BI tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, international environments.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to work daily in an English‑speaking environment.
