Retail Marketing Specialist – Channel & Point Of Sales Activation

Key Responsibilities
Seasonal & Annual Planning (Sell-in Focus)
Support local Channel Activation and Visual Merchandising teams in briefing sell -in and in -season materials to ensure campaign readiness within the market.
Tool Creation & Delivery
Assist in adapting all channel activation executions and commercial support materials (playbooks, in - store guidelines, sell -in and in -season toolkits) for points -of-sale across physical and digital channels, ensuring brand alignment, quality, and adherence to Brand Marketing Plan. Collaborate with local Brand, Operations, and Digital teams to adapt regional or global assets for the local market, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Rollout & Openings
Support the preparation and implementation of tools, spaces, and fixtures for local store openings or in-market activations.
Execution Excellence
Support the implementation and execution of local marketing campaigns according to the Channel Planning calendar, ensuring On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
Track execution quality, provide feedback, and help resolve local execution challenges while maintaining brand standards.
Analyze campaign performance and results to identify insights, support After Action Reviews (AAR), and continuously improve future activations.
Operational Efficiency
Contribute to local process efficiency and workload management by supporting centralization and sharing of tools/resources.
Assist in maintaining standardized tools (e.g., fixture maps, campaign timelines) to streamline execution locally.
Governance & Consistency
Assist in tracking local campaign spend to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Support training updates and local knowledge -sharing to ensure alignment with brand standards and regional guidance.

Requisite Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Channel Activation or in‑store execution within Retail or Consumer Goods.
- Proven ability to execute POS campaigns and adapt activation toolkits across multiple channels (Retail, Franchise, Wholesale, eCom).
- Strong understanding of retail environments, consumer behavior, and brand execution standards.
- Solid project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, and priorities.
- Analytical mindset to assess execution quality, identify improvements, and support operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Marketing, Brand, Visual Merchandising and Commercial teams.
