PURPOSE Key player in driving our vision to be the Most Agile, Most Competitive, Most Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base in the industry. Drive operational performance at assigned T2's. Support material development & product commercialization efforts to ensure adidas objectives are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for T2 operations and supplier performance across development, commercialization, & production stages at assigned T2's. • Monitor supplier performance, identify potential risks & coordinate mitigation efforts, supporting improvement plans as needed. • Assist implementation of processes & policies at assigned T2's; support onboarding new ones. • Contribute to cross-functional, supply chain-oriented initiatives as directed by leadership. • Demonstrate partnership by regularly soliciting feedback from T2's; identify and escalate internal improvement opportunities. • Drive cross-functional, supply chain-oriented initiatives as directed by leadership. • Role model brand values and foster a culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions. • Solid people, influencing, and negotiation skills. Page 2 of 2 • Solid problem solving & analytical skills; strong overall business acumen. • Functionally and technically sound team player with proven track record delivering results. • Possess growth mindset and ability to challenge the status quo. • Proficient in Microsoft office, Analytics and ERP/MRP a plus. • Fluent in English communication, knowledge of another language (Mandarin, Vietnamese, Bahasa, or German) an advantage.
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • University degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology or Business Management is preferred. • Minimum 1~3 years work experience, related industry is preferred. • Experience in soft goods Development and Production is an advantage.
