Purpose & Overall Relevance for the OrganizationExecute the Market Brand Strategy locally with a strong focus on Footwear and Hype & Brand Stories, ensuring consistent and culturally relevant execution across all communication channels.This role is responsible for driving brand desirability, elevating storytelling, and amplifying key product franchises, connecting the brand with consumers through culture, creativity, and impactful narratives fully aligned with ONE LAM objectives.Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & AlignmentDefine local Brand objectives for Footwear and Hype & Brand Stories in line with Global Brand Strategy and Market guidelinesDrive a culturally relevant and consumer-centric approach across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with ONE LAM directionTranslate global campaigns into locally meaningful executions, connecting with local culture, communities, and trends
Campaign Execution & Brand GovernanceOversee all creative output for Footwear and Hype categories across communication channels, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistencyLead the execution of key campaigns, product drops, and hype moments, ensuring all projects are delivered OTIFOwn country-level communication strategies across categories, maximizing brand heat, desirability, and cultural relevance
Cross-functional CollaborationPartner closely with categories, Digital, Retail, and PR teams to ensure integrated and premium brand experiences across all touchpointsBrief and manage internal and external partners/agencies to deliver best-in-class, culturally relevant marketing toolsCollaborate on key launches, collaborations, and influencer/creator activations to amplify brand impact
Performance & InsightsMonitor campaign performance and consumer engagement, generating insights to optimize future storytelling and activationsTrack trends, cultural movements, and consumer behavior to continuously elevate brand relevanceManage MWB (Marketing Working Budget), ensuring investment is aligned with key brand priorities and high-impact moments
