Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

Drive and execute the local Brand Communications strategy for Football and Motorsports, with a strong focus on Footwear, Hype, and Brand Stories.

This role is responsible for building brand desirability, elevating storytelling, and amplifying key product franchises through culturally relevant narratives.

Ensure consistent, premium, and impactful brand execution across all channels, connecting the brand with consumers through culture, creativity, and innovation — fully aligned with ONE LAM objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Alignment

  • Define and drive local Brand objectives for Football and Motorsports, aligned with Global and Market strategies
  • Translate global campaigns into locally relevant executions, connecting with culture, communities, and trends
  • Ensure a consumer-centric and culturally driven approach across all initiatives
  • Maintain strong alignment with ONE LAM direction across cross-functional teams

Campaign Execution & Brand Governance

  • Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns, product launches, hype drops, and key brand moments
  • Oversee all creative output, ensuring consistency, premium storytelling, and strong brand identity
  • Own country-level communication strategies, maximizing brand heat and desirability
  • Ensure all projects are delivered OTIF and with high quality

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Category, Digital, Retail, and PR teams to deliver integrated brand experiences
  • Manage and brief agencies and creative partners to deliver best-in-class executions
  • Collaborate on key launches, partnerships, and creator/influencer activations

Performance & Insights

  • Track campaign performance and consumer engagement, generating actionable insights
  • Monitor cultural trends, creators, and market dynamics to keep the brand relevant
  • Manage MWB (Marketing Working Budget), prioritizing high-impact initiatives

People Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and cultural awareness
  • Build succession plans and strengthen capabilities in brand storytelling

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong experience in Brand Marketing, ideally within sportswear, lifestyle, or fashion environments
  • Deep understanding of storytelling, cultural marketing, and consumer engagement
  • Proven experience with product launches, hype moments, and collaborations
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
  • High cultural awareness and connection with trends, creators, and communities
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
