SR Specialist Accounting
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Secures financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting; ensure that accounting records and documentation comply with the requirements of the Group Finance Manual. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meets accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions
- Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls
- Verifies accuracy of data and data processing of accounting related information
- Prepares monthly intercompany reconciliation
- Supports accounting procedures, ensure month and year-end balance correctly reflect the economic-financial reality of the company
- Assist internal and external auditors
- Maintains the ERP system and its interfaces with other applications
- Supports creation of financial reports according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local GAAP
- Provides training to workers in both orally and writing form on accounting systems, principles and practices

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
- Advanced or fluent English (regional and global communication)
- Experience with external auditing
- Experience in inventory reporting (products or retail)
- SAP and Excel skills
- Solid knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles
