SR Specialist Marketing Operations (Temporary, 12-month contract)
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Lead the implementation of LAM E2E GTM process and templates within the country to optimize marketing planning, operational management, and strategic alignment for brand adidas. Build and drive local processes to ensure that Product, Brand, and Sports Marketing teams operate in a consistent and efficient manner. Ensure strong collaboration and adherence to LAM and Country milestones, driving execution excellence across all stages of the marketing process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the GTM LAM process and ensure execution of the country calendar activities
- Oversee and manage product data entry and maintenance in SAP system with high accuracy
- Lead showroom setup initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and seasonal guidelines
- Manage sample coordination processes, including tracking, distribution, and inventory control
- Drive communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, SCM, and Marketing
- Ensure the marketing operations team meets seasonal deliverables and supports sell-in effectiveness
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Solid experience in Marketing Operations, focused on consumer goods.
- Strong background in GTM planning, S&OP, and S&OE.
- Proven ability to manage and control marketing budgets.
- Analytical, proactive, and well-organized profile.
- Proficient in Excel and SAP.
- Advanced or fluent English (mandatory).
