Senior Specialist Digital Marketing (Temporary, 7-month contract)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Your focus will be to guarantee product, campaign and commercial activations at the adidas digital environment.
In this role you will be responsible to connect various stakeholders within the company (CTCs, MOPs, Masterdata, Activation, CRM, CS and others), to gather and provide key information across departments in order to make sure catalogue, price, images, assets and everything that is relevant for activation to be accomplished with the higher standards and in perfect timing.
Provide performance data on key launches and campaigns (Local clubs articles, key running and training franchises, originals, basketball and others).
To have a solid understanding of the digital activation environment, processes, needs, stakeholders and timings, looking for opportunities to improve.
In this role you will be responsible for all digital CRM communications (except social and PR), meaning that all communications that are sent to customers should go through you (copies and key visuals should be approved) before leaving the company.
To manage the digital activation calendar will be one of your key tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Collect CTCs and regional information and inputs and together with Ecom inseason team, build a digital activation plan for product, campaigns and commercial moments.
- Manage digital activation calendar (Co-creation / 52 weeks calendar)
- Understand what the key moments for the company are regarding product, campaigns and commercial, build and align priorities of the activation calendar
- Align with several stakeholders the needs and requests for correct digital activation within deadlines
- Be the bridge between strategic planning and operation
- Support with analysis, presentations & gathering data
- Create and present reports/presentations with following data:
- Best-sellers
- Stock performance
- FP / NFP performance
- Mark down & SM
- General campaign performance
- Zoom in into article performance
- Create and present reports/presentations with following data:
- Retention/CRM
- Brief agency for content
- Revise and approve content
- Responsable for aligning and sharing third party content on specific cases (Local clubs)
- Revise the CRM calendar and make changes when needed
- Online articles
- You one your main responsibilities will be working with masterdata and mops teams to make sure the ecommerce has the maximum articles available as possible.
- To create or update Online article report
- Support with new features and other tests

Knowledge, skills and abilities

- Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Great communication skills
- Building connections and relationships with stakeholders are key in this role
- A high level of analytical thinking, eye for detail and ability to adapt and create new processes
- Excel knowledge
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in Business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related
- Minimum 2 years' experience in ecommerce or digital
- Very good MS Office skills
- Exposure: sports, fashion
