Specialist Key Account Fashion (Strategic Planning)
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
The adidas team is offering an exciting opportunity in the Sales department for the Specialist Key Account Fashion (Strategic Planning) position, based in Alphaville, São Paulo. This role will focus on managing the performance of Fashion Key Accounts brands, and driving long-term commercial projects to achieve business goals and strategic objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze sales and monitor performance of Fashion Key Accounts to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Structure medium- to long-term plans and initiatives (commercial projects, activation calendar, performance indicators, and tracking).
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out results to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize account performance.
- Provide strategic recommendations to Fashion Key Accounts clients based on data analysis and market insights.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Key Account Management is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is a plus.
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage sales planning and performance analysis in a commercial environment.
- English and/or Spanish are a plus.
