Specialist Key Account Fashion
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
To drive the success of Key Account management by analyzing sales data, planning assortments, and developing sales tools to optimize sell-in and sell-out performance. This role ensures data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment with the company’s commercial goals. The position will be specifically responsible for managing Fashion Key Accounts, strategic partners that commercializes adidas products in the Brazilian market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze sales and monitor performance of Fashion Key Accounts to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Plan collections and define assortments based on consumer insights and data analysis to support seasonal and long-term growth.
- Develop impactful sales materials for pre-sales, showrooms, and seasonal collection presentations.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out results to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize account performance.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients grounded in data and market trends to enhance business outcomes.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong analytical skills in sales and product assortment management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights.
- Solid understanding of retail, e-commerce, or Key Account Management dynamics.
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Key Account Management.
- Proven ability to manage sales planning and performance analysis in a commercial environment.
- English and/or Spanish is a differential.
