Sr Project Manager Operations
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Act as a strategic connector between Brand and Sourcing, shaping how teams work together to bring locally relevant products to life. By improving processes, aligning timelines, and challenging the status quo, you will help unlock speed, agility, and innovation across categories and markets.
This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting dots, leading change, and turning complexity into simple, scalable ways of working — with real impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic liaison between Brand, Sourcing, and cross-funcional teams
- Drive alignment across seasonal calendars and Go-to-market milestones
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from idea to execution
- Design and implement smarter, faster, more agile ways of working
- Enable and accelerate local product creation initiatives
- Foster strong collaboration, operational rhythm, and fast decision-making
- Share best practices and insights to support long-term, sustainable impact
Keu knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Project Management skills
- Strategic and hands-on leader with solid project, process and budget control experience
- Previous experience with exposure to product, development, design, or product marketing
- Experience navigating in global organizations and cross-cultural teams
- Clear communicator who builds trust and drives action
- Fluent in english
