Sr. Specialist Sales Academy

The Senior Specialist Sales Academy – Wholesale will play a key role in strengthening the impact of Sales Academy within the Wholesale channel, ensuring that learning initiatives, incentive campaigns, events and strategic projects are directly connected to business priorities and generate measurable impact on sell-out, customer engagement and commercial performance.
This role requires a strong business mindset, solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to connect strategy, relationship building and execution across key accounts, commercial teams and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main Sales Academy point of contact for the Wholesale channel, building strong relationships with key accounts, commercial teams and internal stakeholders.
- Co-create strategies and initiatives with Sales Academy leadership and commercial leaders, ensuring alignment with business priorities, market needs and customer opportunities.
- Design, develop and execute incentive campaigns, events, trainings and engagement initiatives tailored to Wholesale customers and account needs.
- Translate business challenges and opportunities into practical learning and engagement solutions that drive performance.
- Ensure Sales Academy initiatives contribute to sell-out growth, customer engagement and overall commercial results.
- Monitor, analyze and report the impact of initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders, including directors and commercial leadership, bringing maturity, business understanding and a consultative approach to discussions.
- Ensure consistency, quality and relevance in all Sales Academy deliverables for Wholesale partners.
- Manage projects, agendas and priorities with autonomy, agility and strong collaboration across teams.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in Wholesale, Commercial, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Academy, Sales Training, Marketing or related areas.
- Experience in sports, retail, consumer goods, fashion or similar industries will be considered a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or related fields.
- Advanced English is required.
- Basic Spanish is desirable.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office package.
Workplace and Travel Requirements
- This position is based at the adidas office in Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil.
- Occasional field, customer or store visits may be required according to business needs.
- Limited travel throughout the year, with potential for 1–2 international trips annually.
