RUNNING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Sales Representative, you’ll manage and grow a dynamic account base within a defined territory—bringing adidas products to life in retail environments and building meaningful partnerships. You’ll use data, insights, and strategic thinking to drive performance and deliver results that matter.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Grow territory sales and profitability by identifying opportunities, optimizing assortments, and executing innovative sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts, providing tailored product information and high-level service
- Support product launches, in-store merchandising, and grassroots programs to elevate the adidas brand at retail
- Deliver accurate forecasts, timely reports, and complete orders by deadlines to ensure operational excellence
- Educate retailers and consumers on adidas product leadership through engaging seminars and on-floor support
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and align product assortments with business goals
- Strong planning and merchandising skills with a data-informed approach to decision-making
- Proficiency in retail math and financial analysis to influence outcomes
- Effective communicator across all levels of business, both written and verbal
- Skilled in time management and meeting business deadlines independently
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of sales or related experience
- Regional sales or athletic industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with sales processes and systems including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to travel up to 75% and lift samples up to 25 lbs
