Senior Director, Brand Activation, Brand adidas





PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

 

Drive an effective and efficient brand activation in country /cluster in full alignment with APAC BA team

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide country/cluster relevant input to APAC BA at CI timing
  • Create local brand marketing plan & calendar based on input from APAC BA
  • Ensure local brand marketing plan & calendar gets signed off by APAC BA at season intro meeting
  • Manage execution of local brand marketing plan by brand communication category team
  • Create local content (brief & production) and get approval from global BU if necessary (R2Belive, R2Buy)
  • Define country annual BMP, split MWB by category and get sign-off from APAC BA
  • Manage the execution of the MWB plan according to BMP
  • Manage local Newsroom and Digital Experience (if relevant)
  • Implement APAC ISC and VM strategies in sell-in stage and manage executional excellence to maximize sell-out
  • Support local trade meetings with sell-in tools
  • Implement Sports Marketing asset activations in collaboration with country/cluster Sports Marketing team
  • Manage EIM country planning and execution in cooperation with APAC EIM and support APAC EIM contract
  • Define media plans and agency management (media performance review / agency contract & renewal)
  • Support Key-city activation team (if relevant) and collaborate with channel for key trading zone attack to win the consumers in the market
  • Execute and manage CE program (acquisition & benefits) in country
  • Compile quarterly marketing newsletter to support country BD
  • Recruit best in class people and provide people management guidance. Lead, develop and retain talents to foster a high-performance culture and to contribute to improving our eNPS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

 

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
  • Proven track record as a leader
  • Over 12 years experiences in relevant Marketing experience
