Senior Manager CTC

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Based on historical ST analysis and local market business understanding, working with APAC and Channel team to drive local seasonal strategy and business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Understand the China consumer retail environment including each channel competitor ranges and pricing strategies;
  • Country expertise input into APAC (business opportunities, CI, trends, etc.)
  • Category expert and input into the APAC market BU (business planning, input on ranging, forecasting, pricing, GTM for APAC Category Plan)
  • Using and following APAC build C/C assortment by store format to drive local seasonal strategy and local needs
  • Verify APAC RA, assortment plan, cluster proposal and feedback to APAC to satisfy local channel needs;
  • Range Feedback to identify commercial gap, and brief local collaboration or CTM to fill the gap;
  • Local pricing strategy within pricing corridor;
  • Channel forecast;
  • Work with APAC BU to understand category seasonal strategy/priority/insight;
  • Align full category assortments with respective category BU and handover category assortment plan to sales;
  • Deliver category assortment plan presentations at Sales Training, KA Pre-lines, Trade Meeting;
  • Participate and provide input to Commercial meeting, Integration meeting and Sell Thru meeting
  • Lead regular category performance review  (SI & ST tracking & analysis) and Channel ST review
  • Buying Review and propose adjustment
  • Design buying principle for customer
  • Review of business and forecast across channels and identify overlaps and business risk, and create solutions

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in merchandising / buying function
  • Good understanding of retail business
  • Strong PC skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Passion for sports
