Senior Manager Digital Partner Commerce

Key Responsibilities


  • To represent the assigned account(-s) internally as an ‘ambassador’ toward all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces.
  • To ensure understanding of the assigned accounts and categories and documentation by Account Fact Book & Strategic Account Plans
  • To ensure development of the account strategies, formalization by Strategic Account Plans and get sign off by the direct superior.
  • To leader overall business & account management for the channel
  • To Sell-in and agree on sell-out support and ensure formalization by Account Marketing Plans.
  • To monitor sell-out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account.
  • To support enforcement of adidas Trade Terms Policy.
  • To negotiate with Deputy Directors and Senior Category managers of pure players for their buying budget and ensure that both the brands have significant share on their buying budgets as per channel strategy.
  • To ensure execution of pre orders as per the strategy as this is one of the most critical KPI’s
  • To monitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and propose/initiate/take actions  
  • To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customers performances
  • Gather customer insights for continuous feedback on range improvement to fill product gaps
  • Gain market intelligence to make actions plans to consistently gain competition share and ensure growth for our brands across categories

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Functional: > 12 years Sales, partly as KAM or in the Field
  • Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
  • Leadership: 6-8 years
  • Exposure: Sports, Marketing, account marketing
  • University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
