Senior Manager Omnichannel for Supply Chain (m/f/d)

This is a key role Omnichannel responsible for coordinating and driving the global Omnichannel roadmap with focus on alignment within Sales, Brand (DBC) and Supply Chain on day-to-day operations, and ensuring experience sharing across markets.


This role will ensure the alignment of the global Omnichannel roadmap in the relevant forums (omniboard and DLT) and partner with the markets on the implementation of Omnichannel solutions.


Key Accountabilities

  • Contribute significantly to the definition and prioritization of Supply Chain Omnichannel initiatives and connect to the overall Omnichannel roadmap
  • Drives the partnerships with stakeholders in eCom markets, DBC, Sales and Supply Chain to enable alignment on day-to-operations and facilitate consistency between expectations and capabilities through proactive communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product capabilities are aligned to roadmap and implemented sustainably
  • Drive transparency and manage dependencies across key initiatives
  • Contribute significantly to continuous improvement of Supply Chain Omnichannel capabilities
  • Partner with the Supply Chain markets to ensure Omnichannel solutions are rolled-out and deliver the expected business objectives
  • Advise markets on the implementation of Omnichannel solutions and best-practices are leveraged across markets
  • Monitor performance of Supply Chain Omnichannel initiatives against targets - identify deviations and initiate necessary changes
  • Oversee and resolve any escalations to ensure Supply Chain Omnichannel targets and KPIs are achieved
  • Act as trusted advisor and bridge communication between the Supply Chain market teams and the global Omnichannel teams to drive implementation of solutions efficiently
  • Maintain toolkit and best practices

  • Strong experience to manage a wide range of complex assignments and/or projects on a global level, with focus on Omnichannel and Supply Chain Managemen
  • Broad and deep knowledge about Omnichannel, fulfilment, and eCom
  • Self-initiated and pro-active mindset



  • Business or comparable university degree, MBA is a plus
  • Over 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in omnichannel, fulfilment and eCom related functions, with
    • proven professional experience in the digital ecosystem environment
    • proven cross-functional project management record
    • 6-Sigma r PMI certification is a plus
    • experience in agile methdology is a plus
  • Prior work in business functions (i.e. Sales, Retail, eCom) is a plus
