District Manager, Mono Excellence, Wholesale
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
The purpose of this role is to support mono stores and account managers, embedding a commercial mindset in all decisions and ensuring alignment with Global and Local standards. The role involves enhancing the shopping experience, analyzing KPIs, and cultivating a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
1) Commercial Mindset
Embed a commercial mindset in all decision-making processes.Analyze store KPIs and local trends to identify operational, visual, and experiential opportunities.Incorporate commercial impact into merchandising and store experience.
2) Mono Account Support
Provide support to mono stores and account’s managers to achieve best-in class standards, focusing on the 5 P’s: People, Product, Premises, Processes, and Profit.Assist in the development and implementation of in-store marketing strategies.Ensure compliance with global standards for in-store marketing and visual merchandising.Drive sales events for the assigned channel by leading preparation and supervising execution for smooth operation.
3) Performance Analysis
Regularly analyze and report on Mono stores performance metrics.Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
4) High-Performance Culture
Foster a high-performance culture within Mono stores by establishing clear expectations and providing feedback.Motivate teams to achieve trading excellence and operational efficiency.
5) Stakeholder Collaboration
Closely collaboration with the Mono Excellence manager to brainstorm plans and shape the annual channel specific plans.Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the shopping experience across the store portfolio.Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for Mono stores.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
At least 6 years of work experience in Retail or/and Sales related in Global BrandOutstanding communication & Influencing skills, & Project Management SkillsSales & trend analysis, Sales promotion plan ability, and awareness of market trends, analysis and problem solvingCustomer service Retail environment experienceUniversity degree or aboveAdvanced IT skills in Power BI, outlook, work, excel, PowerPoint
