Manager, Global Sales Excellence, Wholesale (1Y3M)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Global Sales Excellence Manager implements various operational requests and global projects required by the global team and maintains a smooth working relationship with them.
The holder of this position works as a Main Hub role to support local sales organization & global team and achieve operational excellence. Actively involves areas that require collaboration with internally related departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional
- Coordinate annual review of business against rules and processes set out in the "Global Commercial Policy”
- Maintained Local Sales Policy by reflecting updates from Global Commercial Policy and coordinating with the Internal Control team
- Review and align on Commercial Policy Assessment results with global team.
(incl. next steps for any “non-compliant” results)
- Submit CPA results, local and market approvals and accompanying details to Global for vetting and approval.
- Support further elaborates local business specifics and business processes to Corporate Internal or Global Audit team in the event of disagreement on outcome of the internal audit. Support execution and timely closure of “agreed actions” outlined in the Corporate Audit Report.
- Support the frame up their trade terms strategy and ”North Star” ambitions by landing and driving adoption of the new Global Trade Investment Framework.
- Support Global Trade Investment team in setting up Market and Regional Hub approver in the online trade investment tool.
- Review and align on next year’s trade investment frameworks with global teams and submit in the system.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of Global Customer Segmentation Survey and thereby allocation to the “right” segmentation channel.
- Support the local teams put together required business cases/documentation and facilitate Global and Market sign-off on customer segmentation exceptions
- Provide operational expertise in maintaining CSD surveys (ex: business allocation, destination door, etc.) in the CSD tool).
- Support Senior Manager SO&P to adopt a standard project management approach and effectively communicate implementation of strategic wholesale projects to management

- Local Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Internal Controls team.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Fluen in English and Korean, with strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation abilities
- Ability to build strong relationships, both internal and external

- Good organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Requisite education and experience / Minimum Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of sales, sales operation or sales coodidation experience within large sales organisations, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG,
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, preferably in a global and multi-regional environment
- Proven experience in managing communication and alignment between local and global teams
- Experience of people and operational management preferred
- Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Supply Chain
- IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills
