Manager, Operational Demand planning (Cross-Channel), Finance
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Full ownership of consolidated demand plan and provide gap analysis amongst Brand, Channel and Demand Planning team by all relevant aspects such as category and key franchise. The role requies close collaboration with channel demand planning managers and IBP managers to provide the most accurate demand plan for the season.
Key Responsibilities:
RDP (Rolling Demand Plan) Management and Analysis
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including channel demand planners, IBP, and inventory team, to analyze seasonal forecasts at the group level from both volume and value perspectives by category, product division and key franchise
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for product assortment or inventory optimization
- Regularly create and distribute analytical data by categories and key franchises
- Monitor and report on the accuracy of demand forecasts, highlighting any discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
Demand Planning Process Management
- Lead continuous improvements in current processes to align with global standard practices, including SP submissions and order management.
- Support IT-related demand planning projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as the local IT, DNA, and GBS.
- Enhance the efficiency of mass data management by developing system-driven solutions.
- Drive the adoption of global initiatives for demand planning processes and systems through close coordination with global and market-relevant teams.
Global/Local Reporting
- Consolidate data for seasonal buy reviews and facilitate the associated processes and timelines.
- Provide the supply chain with accurate and timely demand plans, meeting the required granularity.
- Manage and distribute the demand planning dashboard to all relevant stakeholders.
- Assist the senior demand planning manager in S&OP processes by preparing RDP analysis reports.
- Develop and execute PSI (Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory) simulations to support decision-making.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge to challenge and drive consensus between brand & channels
- Demand Planner with proven track record
- Sufficient understanding of SCM process
- Proven methodological skills (e.g., data analysis, trend forecasting)
- Excellent communication skill in both Korean and English
- Experience in an operational driven environment (timelines, milestones management)
- Proficiency user of MS Office suite of products (Power Query, PowerPivot, Data Warehouse, Visual Basic+, Macro)
- Experiences on various modules of ERP system(AFS and APO DP)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing and/or SCM
- Over 5 years of sales and/or marketing and/or SCM experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
