Manager, Planning & Insight, Brand adidas (1Y2M)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Provide analysis of historical sales data and insights for the future direction to ensure optimal business decision and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with P&I lead to create detailed Sales/Trend report (by Category, Product Franchise, Product type, Key Indicator / Based on Weekly & Monthly) for Market using 3~5 year historical analysis, Global & Local Strategy.
- Governing/Validating Sales data (Fiscal & Seasonal Sell in/out/ST%) through Power BI system.
- Track/Analyze/Validate Market Sell-Thru and Sell-In data to ensure/support SLTs/Stakeholders fact-based decision making.
- Generate regular Sell-thru report through Power BI and share the report with SLTs/Stakeholders.
- Work in close collaboration with Business Development & Finance teams to analyze/ensure business.
- Key franchise management: Developing Key franchises tracker on weekly, monthly base to review and support to SLTs/Key stakeholders in order to support right decision making.
- Set up analysis KPIs/Tools to support right decision making. (Sales Trend / Product lifecycle / ST, etc)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to develop and implement strategy
- Strong presentation/communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders within a global matrix organization.
- Distinct track record of success and high-level range management knowledge
- Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions (e.g. marketing, sales, etc.) and support functions (finance preferred), as well as different organizational levels (Global, Market, etc.)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of experience with a recognized top tier brand, with experience in Sales report creation / Merchandizing / Marketing or Sales & Retail required.
- University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing/Statistical analysis preferred.
- Previous experience in managing a global matrix organization preferred
- Sporting/Fashion goods industry experience preferred.
- Fluent both in English & Korean
- Strong numerical/analytical skills including MS office required.
