Senior Specialist, GBS HR Services, Human Resource(2 Years)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Provide on-site support for Market Korea HR and employees, facilitating the entire onboarding to offboarding process.
- Collaborate with the GBS H2R Dalian team to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of HR process.
- Drive continuous improvement and change management together with Dalian Team.
- Ensure compliance with local policy and labor law requirement (e.g. Korea Title, Union List, leave & OT management, etc)
- Liaise with government authorities, agencies, and other external parties to provide necessary data and information support (e.g., internal/external audits, government surveys).
- Handle other ad-hoc requests as per business needs.
- Support local employees to solve HR related queries.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding to offboarding process.
- Handle ad hoc queries efficiently.
- Serve as the main contact for Korea Title, Union member list, Org Chart, Employee Discount.
- Collect and dispatch documents. Follow up on chop and authorized signatures.
- Liaise among local HR, GBS HR, and employees to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests.
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and efficiency.
- Escalate process risks and updates to the team leader promptly.
- Ensure timely and accurate daily operations.
- Ensure operational compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Experience with HR core system, ideally SuccessFactors.
- Subject matter expertise in HR administration processes.
- Strong service mindset, people focused and self-motivated.
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and well organized.
Requisite Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role within a multi-national company.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of country-specific HR business needs, company policies, local regulations, and HR regulations.
- Proficiency in both Korean and English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
