Sr. Specialist, Digital Analytics & Planning, eCommerce
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
As a Digital Analytics & Planning Senior Specialist, you support a broad range of digital analytics initiatives under the guidance of senior analytics managers. Your contributions encompass performance reporting, data preparation, dashboard upkeep, and ad-hoc analyses designed to enable stakeholders to make informed, evidence-based decisions. This position functions as a cross-domain analytics role; you will transition between domains and projects according to team priorities, providing opportunities to develop expertise across all facets of digital analytics, including performance metrics, digital experience, consumer insights, and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Reporting & Dashboard Operations
- Support the preparation of recurring eCom performance reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
- Maintain and update dashboards under guidance from senior analysts.
- Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Ad-hoc Analytics & Automation
- Perform exploratory analysis to address business questions on traffic, conversion, assortment, CRM/membership, and other KPIs.
- Deliver data extracts and summary for Buying, Planning, Membership, and Digital Experience teams.
- Assist senior analysts with deep‑dive analyses and advanced analytical work (e.g., campaign evaluation, consumer segmentation).
- Identify recurring manual tasks and support automation using SQL, Python, or other tools.
Marketplace & Competitor Analytics
- Support tracking of marketplace (e.g., partner platforms) performance such as traffic, conversion, assortment visibility, and search ranking using available dashboards or data extracts.
- Collect and structure competitor information (e.g., pricing, promotions, assortment, new launches) from internal tools or external sources to support competitive benchmarking.
- Build competitor/marketplace dashboards and deliver regular trend reports.
- Provide ad-hoc data pulls and exploratory checks when marketplace or competitor changes require quick validation or impact assessment.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Statistics, Economics, Math, Data Science, Business or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0–2 years experience in digital analytics, business analytics, data processing, e-commerce analytics, or similar (internships included).
- Experience in a digital or e-commerce environment preferred.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Strong analytical skills and clear communication, able to translate business questions into structured analysis.
- Good understanding of e-commerce dynamics and common digital KPIs (demand, traffic, conversion, AOV, AOF, consumer engagement, etc.)
- Strong hands-on capability in data processing and analytics using SQL, Python, PowerBI or similar tools
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new analytics tools, techniques, and AI-driven approaches.
- Plus would be considered:
- Exposure to machine learning/deep learing/LLM and big data platforms.
- Experience building data science or machine learning models.
- Experience supporting merchandising, financial planning or marketing teams with data and insights.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
