Sr. Specialist, Retail Marketing - Golf Brand
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To drive the best Retail stores and environment in the market by executing Seasonal ISC/POP plan and Visual Merchandising activities into the market field, which is aligned with Brand Direction and strategy and support new store open.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising execution
- Schedule & budget management of visual merchandising agency
- Manage Visual merchandising plan and execution, which is aligned with Brand direction/Strategy.
- Seasonal and Bi-weekly Visual merchandising plan set up to increase sell thru, which is aligned with Brand GTM plan & Brand strategy.
- Analysis and set up KPI (e.g. store sell-thru ) after applying VM plan by co-work with Sales planning team, Brand Comm, Product /CTC team and sports marketing.
- VM manual training for sales, store managers with VM Agency to keep the best store condition as well as to increase sell thru.
- Provide the optimized SKU plan or presentation for Apparel /Accessory and footwear to Sales merchandising team to get the best store
- Keep working on finding out the best VM practice from other brands or references to enhance brand presence.
- Retail marketing GTM plan management for Tradeshow & Sell in meeting
Retail Marketing ISC/POP Planning and Execution :
- Manage and ensure effective in store communication implementation to meet brand building objectives as well as sell-through growth target according to pre-defined calendar, including all ISC set-up in the store.
- Provides comprehensive manual for campaign execution
- Guides agency/vendors to deliver quality & timely campaign execution.
- Manage schedule and budget of each campaign against target.
- Be responsible for retail working budget control (POS/POP spending and etc) and regular reporting
- Works closely with other marketing functions to leverage sales and cross-promotion with PR, Digital, and Sports Marketing
- Work closely with sales and product teams to develop retail marketing programs for retail store exclusive programs based on business needs.
Store development support
- Support store open process related things for ISC/VM
- Drive open package items of the new/renewal open store management
- Get into the direction of door lay-out in order to make ideal product arrangement following stream of consumers shopping behaviour.
- Work on with VM/ISC agencies to prepare initial door open with in-store environment set up for open doors.
- Work on with interior agencies to develop fixtures required for new store openings and the new manual.
- Manage store asset and disposal processes.
Key Relationships:
- Communicate with sales, product, sales merchandising team and store.
- Planning and organizing with product and sales planning eam
- Analysis and problem solving with internal and sales planning team
- Learning and self-development with team manager
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong in the areas of merchandising and marketing with proven cross functional experience, across sales and retail, finance and operations
- Passion for the category
- Able to work collaboratively across different cultures
- Interior& VM knowledge
- Market knowledge of fashion or sports industry
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- High level of MS office, photo-shop, illustrator
- Good spoken & written English a plus
