Sr. Specialist, Retail Training, Retail (1Year)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Conduct global training programs based on the global training strategy.
- Customize local training programs so that it can always be consumer/employee-centric, and drive training and related activities to create the best impact on business increase and employee development.
- Support development and management of training-related programs and projects, and contribute to business improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement foundation / functional trainings to area of responsibility consistently across
the Retail organization. (Retail newcomer onboarding) - Plan, develop and deliver monthly product training to the defined target group to ensure a thorough understanding of the product knowledge.
- Implement in-store training and service coaching, monitoring where required, follow up and track business results to ensure learning effectiveness and performance improvement.
- Support training for new store openings, including brand, motivation, product knowledge, and service excellence
- Identify learning needs for Retail store employees by using the defined process to ensure relevant and focused learning offerings.
- Create and develop relevant learning tools and materials to educate employees of Retail stores.
- Update, maintain, and manage the retail digital learning platform.
- Maintain an updated Training ROI, business KPIs with consistency.
- Regularly review feedback (e.g. training satisfaction survey, NPS) and benchmark group-wide best practices to continuously improve learning effectiveness.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Previous experience of the implementation of training programs – planning, development, delivery, report.
- Ability to structure and deliver full training cycle. (Including in-person training, 1:1 coaching, Virtual training)
- Willing to play sports as part of retail trainer.
- Strong presentation and Microsoft office skills(PPT, Excel)
- Flexibility in working across office and stores and with diversity cultures.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of work experience, preferably within Retail store experience or Training.
- Training and Sports industry experience is preferable.
