Sr. Specialist, VM/ISC, Retail Excellence

Job Summary

  • We’re seeking a VM/ISC Excellence senior specialist who can visually represent the brand identity and implement creative ideas to boost retail stores' sales and maintain the store with an excellence level of VM&ISC execution.

Role & Responsibilities

* General VM&ISC execution

  • Campaign VM execution excellence by co-working with relevant teams
  • VM&ISC maintenance for retail stores
  • Environmental graphic planning and orders 
  • VM agency management (inc. marketing working budget managing) 
  • Made for you (Key city Seoul) VM&ISC

* Training

  • VM Training for Store teams and VM agencies (Global & general VM&ISC information sharing in online meetings, feedback sessions on site)
  • Hiring and training in-store VM
  • Regular alignment meeting w/ Store team and VM agencies  

* New store open VM&ISC

  • Review and advise on the initial store layout by attending opening process meetings  
  • VM&ISC fixtures and mannequin review and order
  • VM&ISC plan with product list 
  • Execute VM&ISC on time by managing agencies and store team 

* In General

  • Regularly visit retail stores for campaign execution monitoring and store maintenance
  • Stay informed about current retail trends to implement innovative and creative displays
  • Assist with other tasks as needed, such as store setup, product launches, Event VM zone
  • Channel meeting attendVM&ISC MaEx(MWB) Management

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

  • Store team, CE, Sales, Trading, Buying, RMK, BC, BU 
  • External partners (agencies)  

KPI’s

  • Store visit result with local or Global SLT
  • Retail sales result (net sales, conversion, upt, traffic)
  • Store VM team’s development and turnover 
  • New store open report 

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of VM&ISC principles and techniques (the ability to comprehend and identify key points of global materials / the ability to set-up localized execution plan)
  • Strong communication, Presentation, and Collaboration skills
  • Prioritization/Clear and concise communication skills 
  • Punctuality/ Positive mindset
  • Quick learner (Open to feedback from colleagues and managers)

Job Requirement

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Design, Fashion, Fine Art, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in VM field
  • Proficiency in English and Korean (both written and spoken) is required
  • Graphic software skills: PPT, Excel is essential (Photoshop, llustrator, In-design or Sketch-up is a plus)
