Assistant Manager Franchise Buying
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Pre-Season Merchandise Planning:Develop buy plan (OTB) by store type (what to buy, how much, etc.), according to buying strategy, top down financial targetConduct historical analysis in terms of buying structure and provide proposals for pre-season buying structures at cluster levelBased on existing analysis model to provide detailed analysis on the article level to identify key drivers for top selling articles, as well as slow moving articlesMonitor buying quantity vs. budget; reconcile buy plan to merchandise planGenerate POS level order by utilizing order system, in compliance with top line buying guideline, as well as product/market knowledgeIn-Season Merchandising Execution:Lead sales performance analysis, including but not limited to, product/stock/comp analysis etcProvide in season performance tracking reportsPost-Season Review:Give insights for seasonal and ad-hoc analysis reviewSystems and ProcessesManage with planning team/CS team for order placementManage with CTC team/CS team for assortment finalizationKPI’s:Sell-Through %SKU efficiencyArticle ranking vs. Best Seller hit rateReporting accuracy and timely KEY RELATIONSHIPS:KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:4-7 years working experience, at least 2-3 years buying related experience;Result-oriented; Strong numerical / Analytical skills;Industry: Preferably in retail/apparel/ FMCG/White goodsExposure: Retail / FMCG / FashionREQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Degree in Business/Marketing Management preferred.ITOutlook: IntermediateWord: AdvancedExcel: AdvancedPowerpoint: AdvancedLanguage SkillsEnglish: AdvancedLocal Language: Fluent
