Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Provide support to ensure successful rollout of China ReAct initiatives, and continuously support with daily operation and process improvement to enable the ReAct business growth. Provide tech support to develop reports/tools for higher efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work together with PMO and cross function teams to establish China E2E ReAct process.
- Support Planned Responsiveness daily operation, including MCAF, SLT FC uploading, order placement, and availability tracking.
- Support NOS daily operation, including order placement, availability tracking and process improvement.
- Work together with GPS and Sourcing team to ensure correct master data setup for China ReAct articles.
- Select articles into Trade Meeting in adiPortal and maintain correct size range & SRD.
- Join OMB regular ReAct huddle meeting to decide whether trigger the replenishment order.
- Join SCM regular ReAct meeting for order status, availability status, as well as IBD, DC Planning and Transportation info ex-change.
- Provide analysis reports as needed.
- Take lead to make improvement on operation processes for better efficiency.
- Develop Power BI and Alteryx reports/tools to improve operation efficiency. Role as power user and provide training to team.
- Support project testing such as new DC roll out, IPP FULL logic update, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong skills in Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Macro, or other analytical tools. This is mandatory.
- Fast learning and be able to perform under pressure
- Logical Thinking and willing to manage details and data
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Be proactive to business changes and able to adapt to changes quickly
- Fluent in oral & written English and Mandarin
- Strong PC skills (Excel. PowerPoint, SAP)
- Strong knowledge and background of Product Supply and operating and sourcing
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must
- At least 4-5 years working experience in Product Supply related departments in a global consumer goods brand
