Assistant Manager Retail CS Allocation
Key Responsibilities
Allocation & System Execution
Execute daily allocation, replenishment, and stock transfer activities in the system based on sell-through performance and inventory status
Maintain and update key system parameters (e.g., min/max stock levels, safety stock, allocation rules) to support auto-replenishment logic
Monitor auto-replenishment results and perform manual adjustments when needed
Support initial allocation for new product launches and ongoing rolling allocation to ensure proper stock flow to stores
Sales & Inventory Monitoring
Track daily retail KPIs (sell-through %, inventory turnover, weeks of cover, sell-in vs sell-out gap)
Take timely actions on replenishment, transfer, and stock rebalancing to improve inventory efficiency
Identify slow-moving items and execute markdown, promotion, or clearance actions
Promotion & Campaign Execution
Support end-to-end execution of CS channel promotions, including:
Promotion setup in system (price/discount configuration)
Preparation and validation of promotion product lists
Allocation support to ensure sufficient stock during campaigns
Conduct basic post-promotion analysis (e.g., sell-through uplift, residual stock risk)
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams:
Store & Operations teams to align on demand and execution feedback
SCM & Logistics to follow up on shipment schedules and delivery timelines
Buying/AP teams to align on assortment and inventory strategy
Track product delivery progress and ensure alignment with sales rhythm
Reporting & Data Management
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, weeks of cover, and promotion performance
Support data maintenance (e.g., SKU mapping, store grouping, product categorization)
Ensure data accuracy and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies
Process & Operational Excellence
Understand and follow retail KPIs, allocation and replenishment processes
Ensure high accuracy and compliance in system operations and data handling
Identify issues in system or process (e.g., replenishment logic, data gaps) and propose improvements
Continuously improve operational efficiency through process optimization and simple automation
Key Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Retail, Allocation, Merchandising, or Supply Chain
Hands-on experience with allocation/replenishment systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) is a plus
Strong data sensitivity with good Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)
Detail-oriented with strong execution capability in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
