PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

Support both own retail and franchise business achievement and people development by delivering training/coaching in store level.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in training content development, including basic training, seasonal product training and other project-based training.
  • Deliver training session to retail staff to ensure they are qualified in product knowledge, service /selling skill, store operate and store management.
  • Deliver coaching in store level to sharpen the skill.
  • Regularly visit and evaluate the in-shop training implementation of each store.
  • Set up yearly and monthly regional training plan base on national training calendar.
  • Tracking in-shop training delivery with regional training team quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Maintain training record and work out training report on regular basis
  • Relevant administration work

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling and facilitation skills for both live and virtual audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage details at a very high level
  • Proactive and effective communication
  • Being service-minded, willing to help
  • Implementation of training processes and systems
  • A genuine passion for brand, its heritage and its products.
  • Interest in further development in learning is a plus

 

 

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • College or above
  • Above 3 years training or retail operation experience. Passion to running or outdoor is a plus
  • Excellent PPT and excel skill, interest in AI tools is a plus
  • Good in reading and writing in English
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Any certificate of Training will be a plus
