Assistant Manager Sales Operation

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Play an active role and be an effective communication linkage btw FRS account sales team and all departments within corporate in regards of sales FRS orders
  • Provide insightful inputs and execution process regarding special product range , packages and programs
  • Provide holistic system development and management

 

 

Key Responsibilities:   

 

Management

  • Sales order execution, Data analysis & reports
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of the order consolidation for cross functions
  • Support future order status and adjustment upon delay, shortage and cancellation per alignment with Product Managers, PO team and sales team
  • Support on order operation flow per special range or projects

 

  • PLM Side Platform management, Data analysis & reports
  • Monitoring POS with buying related information are updated on time
  • Coordinate with buying team for system update to meet new requirement

 

  • Support cross-functional initiative and projects
  • Expanding sales operation team capabilities and provide more insightful input from channel team

 

  • Others:
  • Special Project support related to FRS order management
  • Initialize and lead special TM for Biz needed
  • Support monthly and special posting & reallocation

 

Financial

  • Ensure the accuracy of order consolidation/re-allocation, and related projects’  communication

 

Systems and Processes

  • Streamline S-I process in cooperation with channel team and respective internal departments
  • Proactively work with IT to develop and enhance tools for data consolidation and analysis
  • Develop process in regarding of sales operation for all special programs
  • Create & Develop related PBI reports

 

Training

  • Ensure team has clearly understand job R&R and skill set with functional requirements/developments
  • Help team to define development needs and ensure utilization of the company training program/resource
  • On-job training in alignment with personal development needs of team member

  • Account sales, Buying, Business planning, MOPs, DP, Finance, SCM and Logistic,

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelors degree or above

Professional background / Experience

  • 3 years experience in sales job and at least 1 year of management experience in sales operation

 

IT skills

  • MS office

 

Language skills

  • Fluent in oral and written English
