Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role is to
- Ensure all global concept and C4C concept guidelines are followed to build a consistent store image.
- Standardize and manage the entire store design rollout package for both Own retail & Franchise store ,key project ISC/Bespoke items management, order placement system management.
- Collaborate with cross functional team from SD operation POV to manage/support key stakeholder projects.
- A solid builder role to setup overall store design foundation in terms of order place guideline, storage management, design software, store open tracking system, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Global + C4C Concept Management
- Involved the opening process within whole SD team, understand the opening process for all OR & franchisee stores, ensure the store development process is effective and efficient, be involved in improve store opening process.
- Mockup room setup, work with Global team and China team on new store concept launch, role as a project owner to lead and manage new concept mockup room setup for rollout direction.
- Fixture engineering, manage the whole fixture development process consist of engineering drawing, material, prototype and production with internal team and external supplier, KPIs cost, timing, quality.
- NTP bidding projects, role from consumer experience team as a key stakeholder, cooperate with NTP team following company strategy and policy to regularly run vendor pool refresh in terms of fixture, lighting, logo, flooring and digital.
Key Store Opening/Projects Management
- Store Design tracking project, manage and track the store opening process of all format stores, SMARTSHEET use and maintenance to generate report for team leaders’ reference.
- Key store bespoke fixture and long-term brand moment, ISC campaign decoration project management contains vender pitching, cost manage, engineering, prototype, production, onsite setup/installation.
- General format rollout projects, example M4U, Run Lab, Category enhancement etc. holistic management from landing/execution perspective.
- Tradeshow, overall project management following company direction, x-team alignment, NTP process, design planning, material & prototype, production and onsite buildup.
Rollout Package Management
- Order placement system, fixture planning blocks (AutoCad Revit) development, maintenance and training to new design agency, fixture order list build up and maintain.
- Store opening package standardization, contains lighting, logo, flooring, digital, carpet etc., maintain and keep updating with overall specification and concept design information.
- FULLPACK creation, create a local bespoke/specialize order sheet, start from engineering, code compile, prototype, production to rollout signoff.
- Local supplier’s years KPIs review and management with design managers and team head. Training support for all internal & external team in terms of Fixture engineering, Revit block, material sample etc.
ADMIN & Routine Supporting
- Manage design studio room, material sample room and maintain the samples for SD team.
- Office cross function team showroom support from SD perspective.
- Software licenses renew and maintenance for SD team.
- Yearly budget review, cost planning and control for team.
Key Relationships:
- Internal: Consumer Experience team (Visual Merchandising + Retail Marketing), Retail Design team, Procurement team, Project Management team, Retail Operation team, Franchise sales team, Global team.
- External: Franchisee, Design Agency, General Contractors, Fixture Management Consultant, Logo/Lighting vendors, Global and local fixture manufactory.

- independent projects management ability and knowledge.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Over 5 years retail industry with design, project management, fixture(furniture)experience.
- College degree or above.
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Good Oral and written English and Mandarin.
