JD Assistant Manager CRM Analytics

 

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

·      Responsible for analytics and reporting for membership independently.

·      Using available and newly generated member data for identifying member affinities and enabling member specific communication

·      Being able to interpret analytical results to cross – functional partners 

·      Making member data easy to assimilate for cross – functional partners, enabling more avenues to understand the adidas end member.

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively identify value-add opportunities for advanced CRM data analytics across the functions. 
  • Responsible for CRM campaign analysis, segmentation, KPI measurement and more.
  • Data visualization and providing data insights.
  • Work closely with MKT team, Retail team, Ecommerce team, and Tech team to deliver comprehensive execution towards CRM tactics.
  • Enhance organization’s omni-channels data capabilities and use of data.

Internal: MKT, Retail, Ecommerce, Tech

External: Agencies, System partners

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

·      Skilled in statistical modelling. Excellent knowledge of Excel, SQL, Tableau or Power BI, R or Python.    (required)

·      Excellent project management skills. (required)

·      Excellent ability to transform analysis results into understandable insights. Great presentation skills. (required)

·      Can-do attitude. (required)

·      Solid data analysis experience in CRM relevant position in retail/cosmetics/sports industry. (preferred)

·      Understanding of event tracking and web analytics is a plus. (preferred)

·      Exposure to handling big data sets and an understanding of the back-end systems to enable the same would be highly preferred

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

·      Bachelor or Master degree (Economics, Mathematics, Statistics are preferred) 

·      Minimum 2-5 years’ experience

·      Fluent in English
