M4 Graphic Designer (CCS)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
As a key member of the China Creation Center, this role is critical in driving both long-term creative strategy and agile execution across multiple categories and campaign touchpoints. Acting as an experienced design contributor and creative driver, you will lead the development of compelling graphic design solutions that are culturally relevant and aligned with brand direction.
You will bridge global creative vision with local market insights, delivering high-impact visual storytelling that strengthens brand desirability and builds deeper resonance with next-gen Chinese consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Design Excellence
- Lead the development of high-quality graphic design concepts across categories, mutiple design calendars , products and projects.
- Translate strategic briefs into strong visual storytelling, ensuring clarity of concept and consistency in execution.
- Own and elevate visual language systems, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Champion originality and innovation in graphic design, bringing fresh and progressive creative solutions.
- Deliver finalized design assets with precision and high craftsmanship, ensuring readiness for production.
- Act as a key creative contributor in cross-functional discussions, driving alignment and creative excellence across teams.
Project & Workflow Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end design workflows across multiple projects, from concept to final delivery.
- Ensure efficient project execution by maintaining clear timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Partner closely with product marketing and product development teams to ensure consistency and high-quality outputs.
- Establish and enforce structured design processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Proactively manage risks and timelines, ensuring delivery milestones are met across complex projects.
Innovation & Market Insights
- Continuously explore design trends across fashion, sport, culture, and digital platforms to keep outputs fresh and relevant.
- Translate local consumer insights and China market trends into impactful visual design directions.
- Benchmark against industry and competitors to inform creative decisions.
- Integrate new tools, technologies (e.g., AI-supported design), and innovative approaches into workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong graphic design expertise with excellent visual judgment and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong storytelling skills across visual, presentation, and communication formats
- Deep understanding of end-to-end creative production (from concept to final executions)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus
Education & Experience
- Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–6 years of design experience in sports/fanshion/street apparel graphic design
- Proven experience leading projects independently with strong business and brand impact
- Experience working within China market and/or global brand environments preferred
- Passion for sport, culture, and innovation, with strong alignment to brand values
