Finance Trainee
Location: Shanghai
Finance Trainee aims to attract and develop professional finance and accounting talent for talent development.
Finance function plays as strategic and reliable business partner to drive growth and value creation, enable informed decision and ensure sustainable profitability by driving processes related to financial management, providing in-depth financial insights, cost analysis, risk mitigation, reporting and simulation to support adidas business.
What will we offer?
- Rotation in various functions in Finance department, i.e. Finance Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Brand Finance, Demand Planning, etc.
- Deep understanding and involvement on business strategy from finance perspective
- Comprehensive finance knowledge with solid finance analysis skills
- Cross-functional collaboration and wide people connection
- Engagement with Finance leadership teams (mentoring, coaching, etc.)
What are we looking for?
- Fresh graduate with Master degree or Bachelor degree
- Major in Accounting or Finance related majors
- Outstanding leadership skill and a good team player
- Excellent analytical skill with good business acumen
- Good learning agility and be adaptive to different environments
- Entrepreneurship and aim to drive impact from finance expertise
- Curiosity on business and proactively take initiative and drive for excellent results
- Data capability (e.g. Python, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
