Digital (eCommerce):
Our Digital Team is responsible for advancing the China eCommerce landscape through partnering with external platforms and building our brand-owned site stores. We drive progress by delivering premium consumer experience across all touchpoints, building world-class digital capabilities and spearheading innovative transformation.
Offline Channel:
Our Offline Channels team is responsible for the success of our physical retail businesses —both our own and our franchise partners'. We drive growth by building strong partner relationships, optimizing our store portfolio, designing excellent consumer experiences, and strategizing where to open new locations to best serve our consumers.
