Manager, Talent Partnering
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Deliver, execute and drive leadership, talent development, succession management, employee engagement and other talent initiatives by implementing global core talent programs and services. Drive non-core & functional talent initiatives in cooperation with the global Talent team and local HR network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support with building and implementing a talent strategy for that complements the global talent strategy.
• Understand HR business strategy, assure the pace of implementation, activate organizational engagement and activate the talent strategy through organizational diagnosis, program design, deliver, and continuous improvement, etc.
• Cascade and land global key talent initiatives in GCA market in alignment with local needs
• Demonstrate consultive skills on organization diagnosis and design the customized talent and learning solutions for identified business needs and people challenges.
• Provide outside-in perspective from external best-in-class practices to ensure adidas Talent Partnering remains current and empirically based.
• Support any global Talent ad hoc requests and other initiatives as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Talent capabilities: generalist with cross-functional experience in Talent areas including but not limited to learning & development, leadership development, employees engagement, etc.
• facilitation skills and internal consulting skills; diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze the situation and provide effective solutions, basic program design skills, consulting mindset with executional skills.
• Business capabilities: awareness, customer focus, understanding of HR and business strategy and processes.
• Experience in supporting the implementation of talent development programs.
• Strong team player but able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present, influence and sell concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to build trusting relationships with key stakeholders and HR Partners.
• Proven project management skills across an international organization.
• Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm, initiative and passion for talent management.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in the field of Talent Development/Learning & Development in MNC
• Experience in the implementation of HR Tools & initiatives.
• Project management experience is desirable.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization is preferable.
• Accreditations in both individual and team psychometrics is desirable.
• International mindset.
• Fluent in English.
