Manager Digital Campaign Management
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
The Campaign Management team sits within the Digital Ecosystem Marketing function. This role operates across two dimensions: as the category owner for Basketball, Training, and Hype across all eCommerce platforms — driving digital activation, campaign excellence, and commercial performance end-to-end; and as key person for adidas-owned ecosystem channels activation, where the role partners with platform counterparts to co-create activations that sharpen brand storytelling while delivering measurable results

Key Responsibilities:
- Category Campaign Management and Execution: Lead end-to-end digital activation and campaign landing across eCom platforms to maximize SOV, traffic, and conversion. Ensure tight integration between eCom campaigns and brand communications to drive focused assortment sell-through. Orchestrate inline pack drops across all EC stores. Ensure seamless consumer journey, credible product storytelling, and cross-functional alignment from planning through post-launch amplification.
- Owned Ecosystem Activation: Plan and execute daily activations on owned ecosystem. Drive member experience optimization and enterprise WeChat recruitment in partnership with the Commercial team.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor engagement, traffic, and sales KPIs in real time. Deliver data-informed recommendations to optimize UX, campaign mechanics, and platform tactics.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Track industry trends, platform innovations, and competitor activity. Identify and drive test-and-learn initiatives and co-creation projects on owned channels.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or eCommerce operations; hands-on product GTM experience is a plus
- Sportswear industry background with passion for the categories is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional execution in a matrixed organization; comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Basic platform negotiation and relationship management skills
