PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
Aims to provide best in class digital learning experience for store-based retail staff as well as back-office retail operations team. Ensure seamless delivery and execution of various national training projects by offering high quality digital learning platforms and contents.
- Work with national training project leaders to fulfill respective digital learning needs
- Define and execute smart digital learning account allocation strategy to support business priorities
- Track digital learning results with user-friendly dashboard published in timely manner
- Develop best-in-class digital curriculum based on contents provided by learning design and project team
- Manage 3rd party vendor to ensure service level agreement in terms of development and launch of learning platform functions, system upgrading, learning activity organization, problem solving responsiveness, prize redeeming operations, etc.
- Collaborate with IT Team to develop retail related AI projects
- Collaborate with Global Sales Academy to leverage global digital learning assets as much as possible

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Familiar with various digital learning platforms (eLearning/Mobile APP/WeChat, etc.), able to maintain and upgrade system functions
- Knowing Retail business operation and training basics, able to understand key stakeholders and end users’ expectation on digital learning solutions
- Logic thinking, detail-oriented and well-organized with multi tasks
- Good communication skills and team player
- Good in reading and writing in English, nice to have strong English oral speaking ability
- Good command of Office software skills, especially in EXCEL and POWERPOINT
- Capability to make digital content design and development will be a plus
- Passion to sports will be a plus
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 years’ experience in eLearning/LMS as well as experience in training management
- Retail relative background will be preferred
