Manager Digital Marketing Douyin
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Douyin & Red play a key strategic role in accelerating our digital brand social eCommerce strategy in China. Winning on Douyin & Red while delivering a premium end-to-end consumer experience will be key to success for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance media and KOL livestream management on Douyin and Red, work externally with partners and internal stakeholders to deliver the result.
- Conduct and allocate performance media investment for respective platforms and stores. Optimize all paid touch points (paid traffic, brand zone, product card, etc.) to elevate the volume and quality of traffic from performance media, thereby enhancing the overall investment efficiency of Douyin & Red.
- Manage KOL livestream on Douyin & Red platforms; to define KOL opportunities to drive business and steer the platform needs with key eCommerce functions, such as Buying, Digital Analytics, Digital Operations, Consumer Service functions together.
- Support and accountable to drive the key account relationship with Platforms (Douyin & Red) & Senior leadership team & category teams. Collaborate with stakeholders from platforms for KOL and traffic resource booking for campaign periods, platform priorities, and consumer moments.
- Manage and work with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver the KPI

- eCommerce Digital Operations team
- eCommerce Business Planning & Analytics team
- External agencies (Douyin partner agency) and technology partners
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree required, with solid years in consumer industry with at least 3 years in eCom business
- Strong experience in working with platforms
- At least 6 years marketing experience, eCom experience is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of digital marketing, ecommerce
- Passionate about new things with the broader marketing mix
- Experience of working in international company
- Results-driven and process focused with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good project management skills
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, especially in English
