Manager Digital Marketing Douyin
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Douyin & Red play a key strategic role in accelerating our digital brand social eCommerce strategy in China. Winning on Douyin & Red while delivering a premium end-to-end consumer experience will be key to success for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- According to digital product plan and sales plan of each Douyin channel, meanwhile closely working with store manage to understand business needs and create Douyin content calendar.
- Manage DP agency, develop and execute Marketing working budget plan to create high quality Douyin and Red content but under brand direction to drive organic traffic, provide high quality content to support paid traffic and drive content generate sales(小黄车), such as short videos.
- Build up content KPI review measurements mechanism with support of DP and business analytics team.
- Seasonal update store visual direction to stores based on brand seasonal campaigns or platform calendar, with support from UED team.
- Consistently communicate with Douyin & Red platform marketing team, to understand most update content strategy from platforms side.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree required, with solid years in consumer industry with at least 3 years in eCom business
- Strong experience in working with platforms
- At least 6 years marketing experience, eCom experience is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of digital marketing, ecommerce
- Passionate about new things with the broader marketing mix
- Experience of working in international company
- Results-driven and process focused with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good project management skills
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, especially in English
