Manager FP&A

Position Summary

GCA Market Tech Finance Manager is responsible for end-to-end financial management across Actuals, Forecast, Budget, Reporting, and Business Partnering for Tech function. This position ensures financial accuracy, transparency, strategic alignment, and provides insights to support Tech leadership decisionmaking. The role also acts as the key finance contact between Tech, Market Finance, and Global Tech teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Tech Financial Management

  • Actuals:

- Conduct MEC postings including accruals to ensure actuals land as expected.

- Validate monthly actuals and provide variance explanations vs. RFC and share gap analysis to stakeholders.

  • Forecast:

- Manage full GCA Tech forecast for OPEX and CAPEX with detailed granularity.

- Build Tech Finance Calendar.

- Monitor management vs. non‑management cost landing at legal entity level.

- Maintain up‑to‑date forecasts reflecting latest business and project developments.

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of RFC updates to Global Tech.

- Ensure accurate Global Tech dashboard publication.

- Prepare RFC bridges with version‑to‑version change explanations and share to stakeholders with qualified explanations.

- Track TCM target shifts and maintain R&O overview.

- Drive Actual vs Forecast accuracy, especially for QE and YE.

  • Budget / Target:

- Review budgeting requirements including manuals and policy updates.

- Build aligned budget / target timelines integrating Tech and Finance calendars.

- Provide cost guidance and clarify budget expectations.

- Collaborate with global tech on global‑managed items and target shifts alignments.

- Tech reviews and cost deep‑dive sessions.

- Ensure timely and accurate budget / target submission with sign‑off.

  • Reporting / Master data:

- Maintain Tech charge database with actual/forecast/budget updates.

- Track PR progress (KSR/PB) against budget and forecast.

  • - Prepare SLT review financial materials.
  • - Maintain Tech master-data (CC/IO, legal book and management book).

2. Tech Finance Business Partnering

  • Saving Identification:

- Partner with business to identify saving opportunities and optimize costs.

- Manage NTP savings tracking and reporting.

  • Process Simplification:

- Coordinate with local and global stakeholders for process alignment and clarity and continuously drive process simplicity and efficiency.

  • Business Case Validation:

- Support Tech investment ROI review, provide financial insights, and conduct post re-validation.

- Track PR/PO/Contract processes for compliance and visibility.

  • Ad-hoc Tech Support:

- Support tech ad-hoc requests and projects.

- Provide financial analysis and simulations for decision‑making.

- Facilitate Tech finance knowledge sharing.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Qualifications

  • Business-fluent English (written & spoken) is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Controlling, Data Analytics, or IT‑related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Controlling, or IT-related field.
